Where Coffee Becomes Craft
MOKA was born from a simple frustration: the best coffee in the world was being hidden behind bad equipment and rushed baristas. We opened our doors in 2017 determined to change that — one carefully pulled shot at a time.
We work directly with three farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, visiting every harvest season. Our roaster, based 15 minutes away, roasts on Monday mornings so every bag on our shelf is never more than a week old.
